Registration and Cancellation Deadline

Cancellation deadline is September 30th, 2008. Registrations received after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee. Cancellations received prior to or upon this date will receive a full refund.

How to Pay

On the registration form, select your payment type as credit card or check. You will receive your invoice upon completion of your registration, as well as an email confirmation from The Career Center. Your payment options are:

  • Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa): If you choose to pay by credit card please be aware that your card will be charged immediately upon registration. The charge on your credit card statement will read: Symplicity Corporation. Once your credit card is charged you will receive an email receipt from Symplicity. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to the event will be invoiced the full registration fee. Credit cards unable to be processed will require payment by check. Credit card disputes leading to chargeback will incur a $15 fee.
  • Check: Make payable to Florida State University (Federal Tax ID No. 591961248). Please mail your check and invoice to:

Recruiter Parking

Parking information including a parking permit and directions will be emailed to you at least one month prior to the event.

Weather and Attire

The temperature on the day of the event is expected to be in the low to mid 80's. Due to the warm temperatures and the fact that this is an outdoor event we encourage recruiters to wear business casual attire.

Rain Location

In the event of bad weather, the Graduate and Professional School Expo will be moved to the Oglesby Student Union Ballrooms, located on the 2nd floor of the Union.
