Spring work is a one, two, three, or four-day externship (shadowing) program for FSU students. The purpose is to acquaint students with what work in a career field is really like. It is an exploratory experience or a mix of observation and hands-on experience. The actual experience will vary based on the setting and individual employer/hosts. This volunteer experience coincides with the FSU spring break each year.
All currently enrolled sophomore and junior students (30-89 semester hours earned) in good academic standing (2.0 or above gap) can participate. Employers may also establish special requirements.
