On-Campus Recruiting

Why Interview at FSU?

On-campus recruiting provides employers an opportunity to connect to a diverse, highly qualified, and talented student population. By recruiting on campus, you will create links with our students, faculty, and administrators, increasing your employer's image and visibility.

Schedule a Recruiting Visit Early!

On-campus visits are coordinated through SeminoleLink. Reservations are accepted online or you may discuss your needs with the Senior Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Recruitment Services. Book early and for the entire academic year in order to secure your desired recruiting date.

How are Interviews Scheduled?

You may preselect students from their submitted resumes and/or allow students to sign up on a first come, first serve basis (open sign up). ONLY students registered with the Career Center may be scheduled for an interview. For information about these scheduling options, visit the links below:

Recruiting Engineering Students

Due to the unique nature of the joint FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, the Career Center has designed a seamless recruiting program to provide access to students from both universities. Please book your visit following the procedures above. FAMU Engineering students now have full access to SeminoleLink, so no additional steps are required.

Providing Follow-Up Data

In order to provide feedback to employers, students, and administrators, the Career Center collects information from organizations about recruiting activities and hiring data. In addition, this information is used to publish the "Top 20 Employers by Number of Interviews and By Number of Hires." This survey data is critical to FSU and the visibility of your organization. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Increase Your Visibility

The Career Center is commited to assisting you in your efforts to connect with our students and increase your organization's presence on campus. For information about these strategies, visit the links below:
