This is an exclusive opportunity for employers attending STEM Career & Internship Fair or Seminole Futures All Majors Career & Internship Fair to connect with students who have demonstrated leadership skills through their service to our country and campus.

This is an open networking event – no tables will be assigned to employers. We are encouraging a “mix and mingle” environment. While employer representatives will be able to print a nametag when you arrive at the event, we encourage you to wear your organization-branded polo or t-shirt for easy identification.

Appetizers will be provided. Parking is available at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

We will begin at 4:00 PM with opening remarks from the Career Center Director and the Student Veterans Center Director.

Registration Information

Registration is $100 and is only open to employers participating in either the STEM Career & Internship Fair or Seminole Futures All Majors Career & Internship Fair.

You will facilitate your payment through the career fair registration for either the - STEM Career & Internship Fair or Seminole Futures All Majors Career & Internship Fair.

  • 2 representatives
  • Online promotion of organization

Payment Options

We accept payment by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express).

Credit card payments can be made once the registration is approved and you receive an invoice via email. You process a credit card payment:
• Review your invoice that will be sent via email
• Click the link View Event
• Click Pay Now
• Enter in your credit card details and click Pay Amount

Credit card disputes leading to chargeback will incur a $15 fee. All credit card payments are processed by Handshake.

Cancellation, No-Show and Refund Policy

Any cancellations and/or refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than September 7, 2018.

Registered organizations who fail to show up at the event will still be charged for the event. Career fair "no-shows" are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events will prevent employers from participating in future career fairs.
