The Career Center offers alumni a wide range of career-related services, as well as opportunities to share your knowledge and give back to students. 

Job Search Resources

Our services and resources are complimentary as a show of commitment to FSU alumni: 

  • Career Advising
    Career Advisors can help you with resume critiques, searching for jobs, and more. Virtual appointments are available for alumni residing outside of the Tallahassee area. You can also contact your college's Career Liaison directly to set up an appointment. 
  • Resume and Cover Letter Critiques
    Submit your career-related materials (resume, personal statement, cover letter, letter of interest) for through Career Docs by Career Center staff who will provide you with feedback.
  • ProfessioNole Pathways and Badges
    Showcase your work and projects directly with employers by earning badges, and connect with FSU students, faculty, staff through the Folio network.
  • NoleNetwork
    NoleNetwork is FSU's online jobs database housing internship, co-op, part-time and full-time job listings. Learn how to request and access your NoleNetwork account at https://www.career.fsu.edu/nolenetwork, under 'Alumni'. 
  • Re-Employment Resources
    Connect with supportive resources during layoffs, furloughs, or unemployment. View our Re-Employment Guide for assistance.
  • Career Center Library Resources
    Explore a wide range of career-related resources and databases for job searching, career transition, continuing education, and more!
  • Career Fairs
    Meet and network with employers at our career fairs throughout the year.
  • Career Guides
    Access a variety of career guides and gain insight on career topics.
  • Candid Career Videos provide access to quick video tips from employers and professionals about the job/internship search and career readiness.
  • Workshops
    Attend workshops led by a Career Center staff on a variety of topics, including writing a resume, job searching, networking, and more.

Get Involved

There are a number of ways that you can share your knowledge and give back to students:

  • Become a ProfessioNole Mentor
    Share career guidance and industry insight with current students through the ProfessioNole Mentors volunteer program.
  • Take a Nole to Work through FSUshadow
    Host a current student for one-day job shadowing experiences. You may find your next star employee through FSU!
  • Hire a Nole
    Attend career fairs, post jobs and internships in our online database, interview on campus, and network with specific student populations.
