Mock Interviews
Help students practice their interview skills by offering critical and educational feedback through mock interviews. Your organization will connect with targeted and relevant student populations and create greater brand recognition and awareness at Florida State University. FSUshadow Program
Looking for a no-cost engagement opportunity that allows you to connect with talented FSU students? FSUshadow connects students with employers, community partners, alumni and friends of the university for one-day job shadowing experiences to provide career exposure in a wide variety of fields and industries. Offered at locations nationwide, FSUshadow is offered during academic breaks so students can travel to you.

Employer Social Media Takeover
Engage our online community of more than 21,000 Career Center followers including students, faculty, campus partners, and more! This impactful channel will strengthen momentum, enhancing campus visits, directing students towards openings, elevating your campus brand, and delivering numerous other benefits.
By engaging in focused industry exploration, meaningful conversations, and networking with FSU alumni and industry leaders, students will acquire valuable insights and skills that will enhance their ability to shape and navigate agile, purposeful, and impactful careers in an ever-changing global workplace. The Career Center will offer a variety of Treks that will engage students in the development of career readiness competencies, career exploration, professional networking, FSU alumni engagement, and the opportunity to discover new career paths, experiential learning opportunities, and full-time roles.
Employer-In-Residence Program
The Employer-in-Residence program provides an opportunity for employers to meet with students and provide professional advice and feedback. Garnet and Gold Partners get automatic membership is this program.
