DAY OF EVENT TIMETABLE
11:00 am: Employer check-in opens!
Recruiters will check in with the Career Center staff uon the 2nd Floor of the Student Union – outside the ballrooms. We will direct you to your table and provide you with information on the day.
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Event opens to students!
There is not a place within the Union to make photocopies if you run out of materials. We suggest making a QR code that students can scan that links to any materials you may give out.
4:00 pm: Wrap & clean up!
Thank you for a great day! Be sure to post your position on NoleNetwork!
SETUP INFORMATION
You will be provided a 6’ table with two chairs at the event. There is approximately 8” of spacing between tables. You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth, banners, signage as long as they fit into your booth.
In order to protect our new Student Union, we ask that you help us follow a couple of rules:
- No glitter
- No helium balloons (even if they are weighed/tied down)
- Help protect the floors. If you are using metal stands, please help us protect the floors. Something like felt works perfectly for this!
PARKING INFORMATION
Each organization can use one space within the Woodward Garage on the 2nd floor (there will be an attendant). You will go to 104 N Woodward Ave Tallahassee, FL 32306 and follow the signs to the garage/parking. Reserved spots are on the 2nd floor of the garage. Parking is nose-in parking only – you cannot back in. Per FSU Parking, all vehicles must fit within one parking space.
Parking spaces are first-come first-serve. If you arrive after the event starts, you will be responsible for finding your own parking. If you are bringing more than one car, please park additional car(s) in visitor parking at Doak Campbell Stadium. You may also consider Uber or Lyft for other attendees.
OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING: The Woodward Garage has a height limit of 8’2”. If your vehicle will not fit in this garage, please email Tori Andrews at vandrews@fsu.edu by Thursday April 13th for further instructions.
FSU DEPARTMENT PARKING: If you are an FSU Department, please use FSU Employee Parking (red spaces) instead of the reserved spaces. If you do not have an FSU parking permit, please email vandrews@fsu.edu for further instruction. The closest employee lot is Mendenhall. Additional Employee Parking locations are designated by a red P in the map below.
**The Career Center is not responsible for any parking tickets if you park in an unauthorized parking area.

Cancellation, No-Show and Refund Policy: Virtual & In-Person Events
Registered organizations who fail to show up at the event will still be charged for the event. Career fair "no-shows" are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. This is also applicable to virtual fair "no-shows." No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. Outstanding bills from previous events will prevent employers from participating in future career fairs.
